However, if your email foundation isn't set up yet or needs a strategic refresh, we strongly recommend starting with The Foundation Edit. The Foundation Edit builds the infrastructure (your branded account, forms, and automated welcome experience), while The Monthly Edit keeps the relationship going with consistent touchpoints. Many clients bundle both services, we complete The Foundation Edit first, then seamlessly transition into monthly newsletter management once your foundation is solid.

  • Absolutely. Flodesk integrations work seamlessly with major website platforms including Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, and Kajabi. The opt-in forms we create are embed-friendly and can be added to your site with simple copy-paste code, no developer needed. We'll provide step-by-step instructions specific to your platform.

  • Always, always, always. We never send an email without your explicit approval. We'll send you each newsletter draft before the scheduled send date. You'll review it in a preview link where you can see exactly how it looks in an inbox, and you'll provide feedback. Once you give the green light, we'll schedule it for delivery. Your brand, your list, your final say.

  • While The Foundation Edit and The Monthly Edit are designed to cover most email needs, we understand that sometimes you need something entirely different. We hold space each quarter for select custom projects, think VIP strategy intensives where we map out your entire email ecosystem, launch sequence buildouts for your signature program, list reactivation campaigns to wake up dormant subscribers, or conversion audits that identify exactly where you're losing potential customers. These bespoke engagements are designed around what you actually need, not a predetermined package. Scope and investment vary based on the project complexity and your specific goals.
